Buderim Medical Centre is a fully accredited non-corporate family medical practice.
Our waiting room is currently open to have patients waiting, however if you have any cold or flu symptoms eg. runny nose, cough, sore throat, fevers or body aches please advise reception prior to your appointment. We offer car consultations if you have any of these symptoms.
WE WILL COMMENCE ADMINISTERING PFIZER VACCINES FROM
23RD SEPTEMBER, 2021
These vaccines are being administered during designated clinics.
You are eligible for Pfizer vaccine if you are aged over 12 years of age.
You are eligible for AstraZeneca vaccine if you are aged 60 years or older. These can be booked online by selecting the Covid-19 AstraZenica Clinic.
If you are over 60 and wish to get the Pfizer vaccine, we cannot accommodate you. Please make an appointment for the Government vaccination hub for this.
Please note: The immunity achieved with the AstraZenica vaccine appears to be longer lasting than with the Pfizer. So, with this in mind we are continuing to encourage those over 60 to get the AstraZenica.
Please be patient and respectful of our receptionists at this very busy time.
