Our phone lines are open during clinic hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

We follow a private billing system with standard consultations fees at $90, offering a Medicare rebate of $42.85, which leaves an out-of-pocket cost of $47.15. Discounted rates apply for concession cardholders. Please refer to our fees page for full details.
To request a repeat prescription, an appointment with your GP is typically required to ensure the medication is suitable. For addictive medications, regular follow-ups are necessary, and repeat prescriptions won’t be issued without a face-to-face appointment.
If you urgently need a repeat and your GP has previously prescribed the medication, you may request it by visiting the clinic (excluding lunch hours 12 pm–1 pm). Please contact reception to confirm availability.
Test results are typically available a few days after your test. We recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment with your GP to discuss your results. If you’re unable to book an appointment right away, you can contact our reception team for assistance. Please note that in many cases, a consultation is required to ensure you receive the appropriate care.
