Masks are highly recommended when entering our waiting room, particularly if you feel unwell. A mask can help prevent transmission of many illnesses throughout our vulnerable community.
The doctors we support offer phone consultations to their existing patients who they have consulted at least once in the last 12 months (if examination is not required). These consultations are generally 15 minutes only and may attract the usual fee, at your doctor’s discretion. If your consultation is over 15 minutes, there may be an additional fee imposed by your doctor due to the limitation of Medicare rebates for phone consultations. For patients who have cold or flu symptoms (runny nose, cough, sore throat, fevers headache or body aches) please advise reception prior to your appointment and we will inform your doctor.
